Consultation

We’ll meet with you at your home to walk the space, discuss what you’re looking to accomplish, take measurements, and talk through your ideas, priorities, and overall vision.

 

Initial Estimate & Concept

Following the site visit, we’ll prepare an estimate along with a simple concept drawing. This gives you a clear starting point for the proposed layout, scope of work, and anticipated investment.

 

Detailed Design Retainer

If you’d like to explore the project further, we offer a more in-depth design process with a design retainer. This can include detailed drawings, multiple layout options, project-specific details, and refined pricing.

**If you move forward with 4D Custom Builders, your design retainer will be credited toward your project invoice.

 

Collaborative Design & Refinement

Once the design retainer is in place, we’ll work with you to develop the space around exactly what you’re looking for. We’ll refine layouts, features, materials, and details until we have a design you’re comfortable moving forward with.

 

Contract & Project Scheduling

Once the final scope and design are approved, we’ll prepare your contract. After the contract is completed, your project will be added to our construction schedule and we’ll provide a projected start date.

 

Pre-construction

We take care of all the permits, engineering(if needed), material ordering, and scheduling so when the time comes we smoothly transition into the construction phase.

 

Construction

Our skilled craftsmen bring the design to life with precision and care. We maintain clear communication throughout the build and respect your property and neighborhood.

 

Final Walkthrough

Once complete, we walk through the finished project together to ensure every detail meets our standards as well as yours. We review features, maintenance tips, and make sure you’re fully confident in your new outdoor space. 4D Custom Builders wants all our clients to receive the best quality. That’s why from first call to final detail we handle it all.
